2 General Terms and conditional

2.1 Description on primary user of the system

User No1: Manufactures: Those are the manufacturing enterprises that make goods on large scale using machinery and sells goods in large quantities at low prices to wholesalers.User No2: Distributor/ Wholesaler: This can be person or company that buy goods in large quantities at low prices and sell them to retailers.

User No3: Retailers: This can be person or company that sell goods in small quantities at low high and sell them to customers.

 User no 4: visitors: This can a person that is willing to buy any goods from the ATradezone market place. 

These terms set out the terms and conditions attached to the use of this website. Mobile app for the purchase of goods by customer from ATradezone as well as visitors to the site who don’t make purchase, please read the terms carefully. By using or accessing the site, mobile app you are agreed to be bounded by these terms in their interiety and we shall be no liability failure of any one to correctly enterprise the terms. However, ATradezone shall provide any clarification of any of the terms, and we shall respond to any such queries if addressed to the address set out in the contact us section at the site.

2.2 Provision of the market: Anyone can access the market whether the wholesaler, retailer or the customers depending on the quantity of the goods the person want. We provide the platform with manufactures and connect the customers to our agents or the agents already in place of different manufactures to easy the trade. Product can be ordered by using the platform or our Mobil app and receive directly the delivery of the product. The person making order may be asked the certain information relevant including without limitation our full information. The provisions of the ‘privacy’ section of these terms shall apply to the provision of such information. Excluding of the liability ATradezone shall not be liable for any consequences that may arise from the customer (buyer) using products purchased from the site, manufacture and the customer will be solely responsible for doing necessary to ensure that the product purchased are suitable for them. The customer is encouraged to read manufactures instructions carefully with regard to usage of the product, and ATradezone shall not be liable for product not meeting a customer’s need but the seller (Manufacture). Furthermore ATradezone will not be held responsible for the loss of the loss or damage of whatever nature resulting from caused by loss, unauthorized use, damage, sale or manufacture of the product.

2.3 Usage of the term

The terms are subject to change at the discretion of ATradezone and ATradezone shall indicate such amendments by posting a notice on the site, mobile app on any updated terms. The update terms shall become effective upon being posted on the site and continued use of the site by the all the users and shall constitute a formal acceptance of the new terms. ATradezone shall bear no liability for the failure of any person to be aware of any updated terms or any person’s failure to interpret the updated terms correctly.

2.4 Pricing

The price each product are set out on the section of the site that feature the relevant product. Such prices are subject to change but the seller and ATradezone shall not change the price for the product that has already been paid for by a customer. You hereby acknowledge that it is the obligation of the customer to determine the current prince of a product.

2.5Privacy

Atradezone shall safeguard the privacy of customers and visitors to the site, mobile app and platform will keep all such visits, requests information, any use of the site, platform or any purchase of the products confidential. However, ATradezone will collect information from all the users to the site, and Mobil app for the purpose of our records and to ensure that we provide the best possible online experience for those visiting our platform. For avoidance of doubt, this section shall apply to all visitors to the site, mobile app, and our platform even if the visitor has not created the account. ATradezone shall not provide such information for the unauthorized party.

2.6 Cancellation

An item might be canceled up utile payment has been processed, the product I considered purchased and subject to conditions related to purchased as set out in the terms.

Intellectual Property

ATradezone shall remain the owner of all logs, brands, slogans and content posted on the site, Mobile APP and such intellectual property shall not be used by a third party without the permission of ATradezone.

2.7 Returns policy

All returns must be postmarked within Fourteen (14) Days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached from the seller. After the approval of the request.

2.8 Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, the seller will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least Seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
